• Browsing the ClipClash website: You can search, browse and watch videos on ClipClash without being registered on our website. In this case no personal information is shared with us.

• Registering on ClipClash: to create your own channel, communicate with others and compete in the game rounds you will need to be registered and logged in on ClipClash. We ask for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address, a user name and a password which protects your account from unauthorized access.

• Your ClipClash Profile & Channel information: we may collect further details about your personal description and channel description, which is shared publicly on the website. You also have the option to share your personal address with us, so we can send you prizes if you are applicable. This information is never shown publicly and we do not share this information with third-parties without your permission.

• Usage Information: When you use ClipClash, we may record information about your usage of the site, such as the favorite channels you subscribe to, which other users you communicate with, the videos and channels you watch, the videos you choose to add to or remove from your channel, the frequency and duration you log in, and information you display about yourself as well as information you click on in ClipClash (including UI elements, settings).

• Content Uploaded to Site: Any personal information or image content that you voluntarily disclose online (e.g., clip and channel comments, your profile and channel information, personal messaging with other users, uploading of a custom channel logo and user avatar) may be collected and used by others.

Uses

• If you submit personal information to ClipClash, we may use that information to operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of ClipClash, and to process any flagging activity or other communication you send to us.

• We do not use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. We may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of ClipClash changes or for customer service purposes). You also can choose when ClipClash sends you email and System Messages in your Edit Profile page.

• If you subscribed to the ClipClash newsletter we may use your email address without further consent to send you occasional information about ClipClash updates, news and notifications. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by using the link inside the newsletter you receive or by un-checking the option in your Edit Profile page.

• We use cookies and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit ClipClash; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.

Information That is Publicly Available

• When you register on ClipClash, some information about your profile and channel details, as well as some activity statistics will be provided to other users of ClipClash. This may include the channel and profile name and description, the number of times your channel has been viewed, the ranking of your channel, your channel and avatar logo, your channel value, the number of in your channel, the number of clips bought and sold, your total profit, your registration date, your member status and the prizes you’ve won.

• Your ClipClash profile name, not your email address, is displayed to other users when you engage in certain activities on ClipClash, such as sending messages or leaving comments. Your name can also be displayed in the Hall of Fame, ClipClash News and on the channel details. Other users can contact you by leaving a message or comment on the site.

• We may also use your profile and channel name when sending automated messages about your activity on ClipClash to the ClipClash fan page on Facebook and to the Facebook Wall of you and your friends when you are using Facebook Connect to log in.

Your Choices

• If you are registered on ClipClash, you may update or correct your personal profile information, email preferences and privacy settings at any time by visiting your Edit Profile and Edit Channel pages .

• You may control the information that we send you and that is available to other users and your confirmed friends at any time by editing the notification settings on the Edit Profile page.

• You may, of course, decline to submit personal address information through ClipClash, in which case you can still use most of ClipClash’s services. Some advanced ClipClash features may require more detailed personal information in the future.

• You may ask ClipClash to remove your registered account and all of its details and information completely from the system by contacting support.

Sharing Information We Collect

We will not share your private personal information with others except as indicated below, or except when we inform you in advance and give you the opportunity to opt out. We may share personal information with:

• Service providers, such as credit-card payment processors, performing services on our behalf;
